Other facilities include a Public Access Defibrillator (PAD), which was installed by the Partridge Green Area Response Team (PART) on the outside of the Village Hall in 2015.
So, in the event of a heart attack, you too can save a life using the PAD. The machine is so clever that it can sense what is required and you have voice guidance throughout so that you really can’t get it wrong!
The PAD has a special heated security cabinet that protects the machine’s electronics and the locks open by entering a unique code given to you by the ambulance service when you dial 999.
